Come along and join us at our circuits class!
Tuesday 1pm-1.30pm followed by refreshments and a chat.
(Block bookings are 4 consecutive classes )

A fun and friendly gentle exercise class using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, agility ladders, a mini rebounder trampoline, step and balance pods etc to help improve and maintain mobility, increase stamina, improve muscular strength, as well as exercises for co-ordination and flexibility to help with everyday living and maintain independence.
The class allows participants to work at their own pace and take a rest when/if needed. By taking part in exercise it can help aid recovery pre-treatment/
during treatment and after having completed cancer treatments etc.
The exercises selected for the class can also help with conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, hip/knee replacements, lower back pain, postural stability/exercise for the older adult and the prevention of falls.
The exercise benefits which can be experienced are

• Improved quality of life - activities of everyday living
• Lift mood, promote better sleep, enhanced a sense of well-being and build confidence
• Improved cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility/range of movement, maintain/increase bone density and reduce stiffness as well as improve posture.
• Boost the immune system and be preventative of other health related illnesses
• Reduce re-occurrences of secondary cancers as well as reduce side effects of medication/treatment.
The instructor has over 17 years of experience and specialises in active ageing and exercise prescription for medical conditions.
