Shipping + Returns
 

All orders are shipped within 7 working days via Royal Mail 2nd class post. You will receive a notification email when your order has been posted please give 7 - 10 days for delivery and check the Royal Mail website for updates on any delays they may be experiencing. Whilst this is not a tracked service offered by Royal Mail, proof of purchase can be provided on request.

Collections are made from FACT Cancer Support, 35 Blandford Street, Sunderland, SR1 3JH. Please contact the shop direct to arrange collection on 0191 917 7996.

Returns should be addressed to Fighting All Cancers Together , PO Box 271, Newcastle, NE16 9AH and are at your own expense, alternatively they can be returned to the collection address. This should be only be done with prior agreement and any costs associated will not be reimbursed.
